FAQ's
Do you accept insurance? I am a provider with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, CIGNA, Medicare and Tri Care. Depending on your policy I may be able to except reimbursement from other companies.
What are your fees? My regular fee is $150/hour. However, I have a sliding scale that goes from $150-$115.
How do I make payment? Payments, co-payments or deductibles are expected each session. Payments can be made electronically through PayPal using wright-sara@comcast.net as the address. If you are choosing to use PayPal please add the 4% fee for using that service. Payments can also be made by check at: Sara Wright, PO Box 531, Woolwich, ME 04579
